Recently, it seems designers have discovered this colorful yet obsolete mode of transport to be useful for more than just potentially uncomfortable marriage proposals.
Then those Burberry buggers managed to squeeze some hot air action into the brand’s A/W “Woodland Adventure” fashion film.
And the latest label to go bananas for balloons?
Why, it’s none other than J.Crew, hawking its spanking new spring collection in a shop-able story called “Up, Up, and Away!”
Is it safe to assume the next Chanel show will involve models descending from the sky?
