He used a 1-inch barrel curling iron and spritzed beach spray onto each section. After making each curl he pinned it to her head and moved onto the next one. He spritzed Elnett over all the pin curls and let it sit for 15 minutes. He brushed the curls out with a medium round brush, then pinned it back in a side part and sprayed hairspray again.
