A master of every art form, Karl Lagerfeld directed a film to showcase Chanel’s spring 2013 collection, and some child-sized Choupette apparel.
The film’s plot, which doesn’t really make sense (and isn’t really the point), has a black and white silent film aesthetic and stars top models Lindsey Wixson, Stef van der Laan, Brad Kroenig and his adorable four-year-old son (and Lagerfeld’s godson/Chanel runway regular) Hudson Kroenig. It was filmed in the gardens of the Rodin Museum in Paris.
Wixson and van der Laan are beyond chic in Chanel, but we have to admit we’re just as excited about Kroenig’s wardrobe here: a t-shirt with Choupette’s face on the front, paired with a sweatshirt with Choupette’s face on the back. Choupette from all angles. What could be better?
I can think of one thing: Chanel actually selling this Choupette memorabilia. I’ll take one of everything, guys.
