Account Executive – Quilting/Crafting Fabric
Role
Spearhead Sales of Quilting fabric range in the US and Canadian Quilting/Crafts Market. Research and Identify opportunities for growth within Industry. Reporting to Director of Sales and working closely with both US office and overseas counterparts.
Responsibilities
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Open new accounts in the US and Canadian markets
• Manage, grow and maintain existing accounts
• Provide customer service and follow up to all customers.
• Travel and meet with customers as agreed with Director of Sales
• Liaise with local press, PR and Marketing Agencies
• Actively contribute to social networking and blogosphere.
• Monitor competitor activity in the USA and Canadian Markets
• Understand Market trends and developments, recommending actions and initiatives to position Liberty as an innovator and leader in the Crafting World.
• Provide weekly reports/ updates and participate in sales meetings as necessary.
Skills/Experience
• Good knowledge of arts and crafts industry, preferred but not limited to quilting market.
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Exceptionally Organized
• Strong computer skills
• Good interpersonal skills
Assistant Sales Executive/JR Sales Exec
The Role
Assisting Director of North American Sales with ready to wear Men’s, Women’s and Children’s line. Research and Identify opportunities for growth within Industry.
Responsibilities
• Assist in placing orders
• Presenting new line range to customers every season
• Provide customer service and follow up to all customers
• Research Market trends and developments
Skills/Experience
• Knowledge of Luxury Men’s & Women’s ready to wear Fashion Market (Luxury Children’s a plus!)
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Strong Computer skills
• Self-Motivated
• Exceptionally Organized
