Adele: Adele switched from her Jenny Packham red carpet dress to a shorter (and sparklier) Burberry dress (which she said on the red carpet weighed 15kg!) for her “Skyfall” performance. She also wore her hair down rather than in her signature 60s bump. We liked the performance look better, but she looked great all night.
