Hair (Guido Palau for Redken): “Purposeful messiness” has become a hair theme this week. “All the [loose] strands are on purpose,” Palau said. “And the texture is what makes it special. Modern hair isn’t about big shapes and big blowouts like in the past. It’s about nuances.” The goal? Sexy imperfection. This hair wasn’t flashy, but we really loved the loose, easy ponytails.

Makeup (Diane Kendal for MAC): All Kendal did was “emphasize the girls’ features and make them look really beautiful.” We wish we had features like this.
