I always start NYFW thinking I’ll wear heels every day. But by day three (or sometimes the end of day one) my feet are blistered, I’m near tears and I’ve already fallen in a puddle once. So, flats it is. This season I’m being proactive and planning on wearing flats (or low, comfy heels) right off the bat. Luckily, there are plenty of actually cool shoes in stores that you’ll want to wear–and be able to walk in. Win win.
