At Monif C. we <3 our customers! We are looking for an awesome, energized, results oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
• You will act as the voice of Monif C., spending your days on the front lines consulting to our amazing customers: taking phone orders, answering their calls, emails, and social media messages, addressing any concerns and finding creative resolutions to problems
• You will trouble shoot daily ordering and delivery issues
• You will partner closely with our fulfillment center to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of boxes
• You will regularly be called upon to think of ways to improve the customer service experience and develop operations protocols to prevent repeat problems and make our team more efficient
• You will be providing information to customers relating to fit, color, material, sizes.
• You will be asked to get involved in other areas of the business based on your interest and company needs.
Customer Service Specialists work a minimum of one weekend day a month.
Qualifications:
• Possess 2+ years of customer service experience
• Are a talented communicator, with a mastery of spelling, grammar, verbal and written language, also must be upbeat and positive in dealing with customers
• Are detail oriented, well-organized, and think quickly on your toes.
• Are willing to go above and beyond to create an extraordinary customer experience.
• Are Mac and PC proficient
• Possess excellent conflict resolution skills
• Have a general interest in Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction
• Have an interest in continued learning, and know when to ask for help
• You have the mindset that no job is too small.
