Treat Yo’Self to… Something Beautiful
Smashbox partnered up with Curtis Kulig, the artist and creator of the eponymous “Love Me” tag, to create a makeup collection. Each piece of the collection is “tagged” with Kulig’s signature etching, from the blushes to the eye compacts to the lipsticks. My favorite is the blue-red lipstick, which seamlessly and lightly glides onto your lips.
Sweet smells are as ubiquitous for Valentine’s Day as marriage proposals in Times Square. But spicy, fragrant bath scents are meant for luxuriating and adoring. Molton Brown’s cult Black Pepper is just the fragrant, fiery scent of bergamot, peppercorn, and oakmoss for cutting through this overly saccharine holiday. If you prefer a touch of natural sweetness, Tammy Fender’s Rose Oil and Body Gel are GOOP-approved, holistic skincare that melt instantly into your skin, surrounding you with a cloud of soft, natural rose goodness.
Exfoliators for your lips have never been as delicious as Sara Happ’s, which come in red velvet, peppermint, crème brulee, or blood orange. Follow up with the fashion editors’ lip balm of choice (you didn’t think they just used Chapstick, did you?), Rodin’s awesomely fragrant, smells-good-to-everyone blush-toned blend of jasmine, orange flower, shea butter, beeswax, and castor seed oil.
