J.Crew president Jenna Lyons was decked out in her Giles & Brother best at Monday night's launch of the label's JewelMint collection. Along with a bracelet and multi spear collar necklace from the collab, Lyons was wearing one of designer Philip Crangi's Mickey Mouse sweatshirts (he collects them) underneath the most perfect pinstripe blazer. She borrowed the sweatshirt from her girlfriend—and Philip's sister/business partner—Courtney Crangi. "I stole it from her closet this morning," she said.

As for the pinstripes? Don't think it's a reaction to the Wall Street staple's presence on the fall runways. "I'm always feeling men's tailoring," she said. "I'm sort of a creature of habit, you know? I have my 20 blazers, my 50 white shirts, my 20 pairs of black pumps."

Indeed, Lyons was a collector of Philip's jewelry long before she started dating his sister. "I'm a huge fan," she said. "It always has a classic sensibility, but with a sense of darkness." Will there be a J.Crew x Giles & Brother collaboration in the future? "We can't!" said Lyons—her personal relationship with Crangi means they've got to keep out of each other's business dealings. "But we are decorating a new apartment, so we'll collaborate on that."
