After giving birth, Restoin-Roitfeld writes, "I faced the challenge of finding a publication that spoke to me as a mother determined to retain her sensuality and femininity. Motherhood should not signal the end of these things. Rather, it should heighten them." So she started her own publication to do just that.
So far the only major feature live on the blog is an interview with author and wellness coach Latham Thomas and her son Fulano (who hilariously loves watching Curb Your Enthusiasm with mommy).
And while Restoin-Roitfeld wanted to show off her adorable baby girl as part of the blog, she didn't want to put photos of Romy on the internet. [Ed. note: Smart mommy.] The solution? She called in illustrator Lula of Herself magazine to draw Romy in her favorite outfits once a week. (Her first outfit is a high-low mixture that includes Bonpoint moccasins and H&M stockings--off to a great style start!)
