Morgane Le Fay, an established New York based luxury ready-to-wear brand is seeking an assistant manager for our Malibu, California store, located in the Malibu Country Mart with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail management.

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing and coordinating daily schedules and operations
• Maximizing sales by enhancing our brand image and ensuring consistent, outstanding customer service
• Clienteling and cultivating new and existing customer relatonships
• Enforcing company policies and standards
• Ensuring that all aspects of the store’s appearance are maintained to the highest standards
• Recruiting, motivating, training and retaining exceptional team members
• Planning and executing merchandising and promotions in conjunction with corporate headquarters
