Designer Alexandre Herchcovitch shows inspiration shots to the team in a room in the basement of the Tribeca Grand. Makeup artist Gordon Espinet has known Herchcovitch for 10 years, and worked with him the last four seasons. They had an obviously trusting relationship and the designer was pretty hands-off for most of the test.
