We Go Greek with Decades' Christos Garkinos

RECIPES

Spinach Pie 1/2 pound of phyllo dough (1 box) 3 pkg of frozen chopped spinach (make sure you dry them out the night before so the water gets out of it) 1/2 feta crumbled 1/2 pound of cottage cheese 6 eggs 2 sticks of butter preheat over 350 Defrost and squeeze out liquid, set out the night before to dry out In a large bowl beat eggs and all cheese salt and pepper for taste. You don't want your mixture to be watery

Brush butter on each sheet (approximately 8-12 sheets) Layer sheets on top of one another on a 9x13 pan Bake at 350, 45 minutes to an hour Village salad Cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese Dressing olive oil, oregano, garlic powder salt pepper or buy a Greek dressing Lamb Chops Buy as many chops as you want 1-2 hours before grilling place lamb chops in a shallow pan dish then add: Olive oil, oregano, garlic salt pepper (make sure you cover all the chops, rub with your hands refrigerate for an hour, hour-and-a-half) Remove the chops from fridge abut 20 minutes before grilling Set grill on high, grill chops 6-7 minutes each side for it be medium Place on dish and squeeze lemons on it
