Cheryl's One-Piece Bathing Suit for People Who Prefer Bikinis

Buying a bathing suit is traumatic. Generally I just order a bunch online that look promising, then return them all and start over. But one stuck this season.

While it seems counterintuitive, I generally think bikinis are the most flattering. One pieces can look dowdy, make your torso seem two inches long (bad), and cut off your thighs in weird places. And vintage-style suits never seem to make me look like Dita Von Teese, sadly.

But I love this modern maillot. It's got slightly more coverage than a bikini, but it's stil got some sex appeal without being trashy, despite the fact that the neckline seems scary at first glance. (Caveat: I wouldn't wear this suit if you're over a B cup, which is not an issue for me.) It's also got a faux-shredded pattern that's very Helmut Lang-y, which is generally a plus in my opinion.

Get it here.
