Penelope "Punky" Brewster, played to '80s child actor perfection by Soleil Moon Frye, was an adorable orphan with a golden retriever named Brandon who eventually gets adopted by a grumpy old photographer with a heart of gold. Oh, and her clothes were AMAZING.
