PinkClouds is looking for a Social Media Intern to manage all aspects of the PinkClouds social media platforms for the Summer 2013. The successful candidate for this full-time position will use social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and other community sites to increase awareness of our brand.
The Social Media Coordinator will monitor and research online behavior and trends; manage social media campaigns, write content, perform online community outreach; report on the effectiveness of social media programs to maximize results; share gained insights with internal teams; and be able to be an all around support to the PinkClouds team. The ideal candidate should also have a background or strong interest in fashion and vintage.
Desired Skills & Experience To qualify, candidates must have a strong interest in researching the latest digital trends, particularly in social media. Candidates must also: • Have an analytical mind • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Be accustomed to a high-paced environment • Exhibit proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Exhibit proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Be able to work with minimal supervision • Have strong researching skills
