The Governors Ball, New York City's three day music festival that headlines names like Haim, Icona Pop, Kanye West and Kings of Leon was off to a murky start. With heavy rains on the first day, the grounds were morphed into a sloshing mud pit. From then on, the look du jour was a Glastonbury-meets-Coachella mashup of wellies, combat boots, crop tops and denim cut-offs.

One thing we learned: festival goers are troopers, and not even knee deep mud can sink a good look.
