We Mix Cocktails and Do the Splits with Betsey Johnson

In our eighth episode of Haute Cuisine we decided to let loose with Betsey Johnson. The designer and now reality star of Style’s XOX Betsey Johnson, along with daughter Lulu, invited us over for a couple glasses of sangria where we talked about her accomplishments, failed relationships, and the ever-pertinent question: how young is too young?

The designer and now reality star of Style’s XOX Betsey Johnson, along with daughter Lulu, invited us over for a couple glasses of sangria where we talked about her accomplishments, failed relationships, and the ever-pertinent question: how young is too young?

We’ve never had so much fun filming thanks to Johnson, who proved that time and time again she’s always the life of the party.

Watch as we do the splits and mix our sangria with a mystery garnish, while pacing ourselves through glass upon glass of fine liquor. Bottoms up!

RECIPE

White Wine Sangria

1/2 cut pineapple 1 mango 2 peaches 1 1/2 cups of strawberries 1 cup of blueberries 1 cup of apricot liqueur 1 cup of peach schnapps 2 bottles of white wine 1/2 bottle of sparkling wine

Add fruit, apricot liqueur, and peach schnapps to carafe. Stir and let marinate for one hour in refrigerator.

Add white wine and sparkling wine. Add ice to carafe before serving (or just add ice to the glasses, if you're Betsey).
