Amanda Seyfried Tells Elle How Vaginas Work

Amanda Seyfried, also known as the new face of Givenchy and Karen from Mean Girls, covers the August 2013 issue of Elle. Seyfried's always had a bit of a good girl image thanks to demure roles in Big Love and Les Miserables (even if she was a bit slutty in Mean Girls), but her time has come to shed all that by playing a pornstar in the forthcoming film Lovelace--and by talking about sex in her Elle cover story.

Discussing past relationships, Seyfried pretty wisely and hilariously sheds a light on how vaginas work:

“Everybody I’ve dated I’ve been sexually attracted to immediately. Sparks don’t grow--your vagina doesn’t become more inclined to wanting someone just because you’re around them.”

This is coming from someone who knows all about vajays. Her Instagram, on which she shares gems like this, is @mingey, which, according to Urban Dictionary, means "Oprah's Vagina, her angry poon."

We'll need a few more flubbed interviews and hilarious/awkward acceptance speeches before we decide that Seyfried is our new Jennifer Lawrence--but she's off to a good start.
