Hayley’s Office-Appropriate Tie-Dye Shorts

I've been really feeling tie-dye recently. It lets me live out all my surfer girl fantasies. The only problem is, I can't surf, don't live at the beach and spend most of my summer in an office. So. I need tie-dye that's both sophisticated and city appropriate--without losing its cool factor. Of course, I'd find exactly that at bohemian-meets-Uptown-girl emporium, Tory Burch.

The shorts are 100% cotton, hand-dyed in Guinea (in collaboration with the There Is No Limit Foundation, the website tells me) and impossibly breezy. Worn with an untucked t-shirt and sandals, they're ready for the beach. Tuck in a men's button-down and slide on some heels, and they're good to go for the office too.
