Kanye West Rumored to Be Returning to Fashion With 100-Piece Unisex Line

It looks like that A.P.C. capsule collection, which sold out almost instantly earlier this week, was just a warm-up for Kanye West: According to Page Six, the new dad is back at work on his own eponymous line. And, if rumors are to be believed, it'll be his biggest one yet. According to the paper's "spies," the new collection is to be a 100-piece unisex line, which will debut this fall during fashion week.

According to the paper's "spies," the new collection is to be a 100-piece unisex line, which will debut this fall during fashion week.

Back in March, we reported that Yeezy was looking for designers to help him get the "sexy Margiela" vibe right for the collection. And it looks like he found them: According to Page Six, he's being advised by "a team of top designers from hip brands," including friend and Kim Kardashian fan Nicola Formichetti.

There's no question Yeezus has had a rough go of it when it comes to fashion. The rapper-cum-designer first debuted his line in October 2011--and immediately got panned. His second collection, shown in March 2012, didn't fare too well either. But a unisex line, with a sexy Margiela vibe, and input from designers like Formichetti? That actually sounds promising. Maybe third time's the charm for Mr. West.
