WWD Delves into the Riveting World of Wall Street Style

This morning, WWD treated us to a variety of street style we don't often see in fashion publications: Wall Street style. Titled "They Are Wearing: Wall Street Heat," the piece highlights the summer style switch-ups being employed by stockbrokers and finance guys in this heatwave that's pretty much made us rethink our devotion to New York City living. Except…we’re pretty sure, none of these dudes had any interest in being photographed. They all look mildly confused and/or annoyed. Far cry from those Pitti boys, huh?

So what does the Wall Street #menswear crew do to beat the blazing hot temps? Well... they loosen their ties. They wear lighter-weight suits. They look down at their smartphones a lot. Sometimes they eat ice cream. And perhaps most shocking of all, they oftentimes remove their sport coats. Those business guys, eh? Brilliant!
