All the money, fabulous bone structures, and handsome football player husbands in the world can't stop Gisele Bundchen's vegetable garden from being ugly.
Yesterday, Bundchen appeared on the Today Show to campaign against food waste for the UN's "Think. Eat. Save" initiative--and between giving tips on resourceful sandwich-making and delicious chicken soup leftovers, she let out a horrific and more importantly, embarrassing admission: The carrots that she grows in her garden... are... (cringe...) CROOKED.
"You know that 40 percent of the food in the United States gets thrown away because it doesn't look a certain way?" she told the Today team. "It's crazy. Just because the apple is not the right size or the carrot is not straight enough, it just doesn't get accepted. So, amazing delicious food gets thrown away because it doesn't look a certain way." Kinda like Jourdan Dunn's boobs causing her to miss out on that Dior Show, eh Giseley?
"I mean, none of us here look the same. We are part of nature! No, but it's wonderful!" she directly explained to Today host Savannah Guthrie. (Easy to say when you're the world's most successful supermodel...)
And then, she dropped the bomb. "In my garden, I mean, all of my carrots look [aahhh no turning back now Gisele]... you know they are like... [don't say it] really crooked, but... they taste delicious!" Yeah whatever, Gisele. Just admit it: Your carrots are crooked, and there's nothing you can do about it.
