Fawnia's Edgy Skinny Jeans

Confession: I'm a pretty lazy dresser. I like to be comfortable and I'm often throwing something together right before running out the door and, people, I'm no Alexa Chung (even though I so want to be). So jeans are definitely a staple in my wardrobe, not because denim is such a thing right now, but because it's so easy.

So I pretty much wear jeans every day. Not because denim is such a thing right now, but because it's so easy. A good pair of jeans solves at least one piece of the outfit puzzle before I start my morning dressing panic, and while I really should change it up a little bit, it's hard to break old habits.

I swear I was in Nolita for like a maximum of 20 minutes last night, but ended up heading back home with a newly purchased pair of jeans. (Yes, I also have impulse control issues.) They're your basic skinny jeans, but made so much more interesting with mixed media patchwork at the knee. Cute to wear with a slouchy tee and black ankle boots (like I am right now) or with the perfect fall sweater (which I will be shopping for after work). Still the trusty ol' jeans, but with a twist. Oh and the kicker: They only cost $79.
