It looks like Cara Delevingne's high-profile friendships with Rihanna, Rita Ora and Kanye West might be more constructive than we thought.
Earlier this week, the model and aspiring actress posted a photo of herself in a New York City recording studio, posing with producer Isabella Summers -- who is well-known for her work with Florence and the Machine and Delevingne's buddy Rihanna -- leading to speculation that she's working on a record. In case you're in need of more evidence, Delevingne is clutching a bottle of honey, which is commonly used by singers to help soothe their vocal cords. Hmmm.
On Wednesday, Delevingne reposted a photo by songwriter and producer Kuk Harrell that was seemingly from the same session. The Grammy Award-winning Harrell is the mastermind behind hits like Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Beyoncé's "Single Ladies," so if an album does come to fruition, we're betting we'll have a hit on our hands.
A rep for Delevingne did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
Delevingne has been vocal about her desire to make music before -- she told W Magazine in August, "I want to make music... I want to sing," -- and recorded a duet with British songwriter Will Heard earlier this year. Miley Cyrus, watch out: You might have some competition coming your way soon.
