The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a small team environment, working closely with design, production, logistics, and marketing, shifting focus as needed.

Job Description: - Set up and merchandise showroom each season and conduct market appointments. - Set and achieve seasonal sales goals. - Review, enter and confirm all orders to ensure accuracy; negotiate terms and manage order intake. - Contact new accounts, identify new opportunities and develop strategies for growth in both current and emerging markets. - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts, addressing questions and concerns throughout the season. - Review sell-through reports and provide regular feedback to design and production teams; propose strategies to strengthen and improve sales by analyzing in-store performance and communicating feedback from clients. - Solicit reorders, manage OTS and RAs; identify additional sales opportunities via collaborations, special projects, and other channels. - Manage partnerships with overseas showrooms and travel to Paris market. - Review payment statuses and assist with follow up as needed; liaison with logistics coordinator during shipping periods. - Create sales projections, review account growth, and maintain close communication with Rachel and Operations Director on budgeting and cash flow. - Provide direction on pricing and merchandising of new collections. - Work with marketing and press teams to update press book, distribute notable press to stores, and expand brand awareness. - Visit stores, conduct clinics, and develop in-store strategies to improve selling.
