About This Opportunity Oversees the development/execution of creative assignments. Manages creative project teams, agencies and partners to bring business strategies to life for designated categories/businesses. Establishes creative concept/campaign, and ensures campaign consistency across media types for both internal and external work. As a Group Manager Creative Lead, you’ll take the lead as you… • Partner with Marketing and Merchandising leadership to ensure creative is meeting the needs of Marketing, Merchandising and pre-determined business strategies. • Oversee development and execution of creative work (standards, innovation, consistency) for assigned businesses/categories, aligned to overall Marketing strategic goals • Present Creative work to key leaders (Marketing and Merchant VP/SVP teams) • Approve creative campaign/category concepts for major marketing campaigns • Ensure all work is on brand and consistent across internal/external teams • Ensure proposed creative solutions are on brief, consistent, and can be feasibly executed within time constraints and budget • Provide clear communication/feedback to creative teams relative to creative work

Requirements • 8-10 years experience in leading creative functions in retail and/or fashion or related industry • Ability and or experience in leading creative teams • Possess a high creative taste level, is drawn to newness, open to inspiration from a variety of sources, and driven to solve problems creatively • Ability and experience in communicating vision in an inspiring way • Ability to provide clear, and actionable feedback on creative work • Able to see solutions from a Guest’s perspective and deliver against business needs without sacrificing creative vision • Firm understanding and proven track record of driving the business through creative • Ability to effectively partner with key business leaders across the organization • Experience and ability to present to all levels of leadership with confidence
