Do you have a passion for fashion and marketing?
We’re looking for college Style Scout interns to join our team. You’ll have the chance to work with an on-the-rise fashion tech startup in downtown San Francisco. The Hunt has over 600,000 users, including celebs like Christina Milian, Kat Graham, and Bridgit Mendler, and is backed by A-list investors including Tyra Banks and Ashton Kutcher.
We have created a marketing and outreach program for interns who are passionate about social media, marketing, and fashion.
This is a semester-long position and applicants must live in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will receive college credit and a stipend at the end of the internship.
Your duties will include: • Outreach: Approach classes, clubs, and events to spread the word about our brand, website, and mobile app. • Social and Community planning: Working on special social and community projects • Becoming a Power-User: Solving difficult hunts, being an active member on the site. • Social Involvement: Blog and social media posts
The Hunt will provide: • Management and guidance on promoting a brand through social media • Experience working in a small fast-paced team • Familiarity to the community, social, and marketing aspect of the company • Involvement working in at a tech startup company • Influencer outreach, social media, and community management workshops • College credit and $1500 stipend.
Expectations: • Part Time: 8 hours per week in office, 5 hours out of office work • Regular email communication • Professional, positive attitude and a creative mind • Be self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit • Excellent writing skills • Ability to take direction ***Opportunity to continue internship and Manage a team. Hire and train fellow students to help you with marketing, outreach, event planning, and “Hunting.”***

Style Scout Intern Candidate Simulation Project
Thank you for your interest in the Style Scout Internship with The Hunt. We’re looking for candidates with a strategic mindset who can also demonstrate creativity.
To get a better understanding of your social media savvy and marketing strategy we have created this exercise that we’d like you to complete. Please read it over and email Ally with any questions at email@example.com. Otherwise please complete the three part-project and send it over to Ally with your resume and availability and schedule for next semester.
Part 1: Compose sample emails (no longer than a paragraph or two) • A user just sent you the following email, how would you respond? “Hey, I just signed up for this site, not really sure what it is, can you explain? What does it mean to start a Hunt and add a Find? I’m really confused L Thanks, -Felicia” • Choose an influential style blogger to send an email to asking if they would like to collaborate with The Hunt. Keep in mind: This is an introductory email so no need to add details about what the collaboration would be.
Part 2: What motivates a Finder? • Please include a paragraph explaining what you think the main motivations of being a regular finder include. What kind of people do you think regular finders are? Why do they add finds?
