Riccardo Tisci's ad campaigns for Givenchy are always a break from the norm, and we mean that in the best way possible. Not only is he on the cutting edge of what's cool, the designer has always been a huge proponent of diversity -- he's featured transsexual model Lea T. in his ads and runway shows, as well as cast albino model Stephen Thompson in his Spring 2011 campaign -- and this season is no different.

The brand's full Spring 2014 campaign was just released, and along with the stunning Erykah Badu, models Asia Chow, Maria Borges and Eboni Riley are the faces of the season (along with lone male model Dominik). The ladies are all relative newcomers on the fashion scene -- though Borges has walked for Dior Couture and as a Givenchy exclusive -- but by the looks of the photos by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, you'd never guess that.

With so much chatter in the industry lately about racism and diversity (mostly the lack thereof), Tisci proves once again that he's one step ahead. Click below for more photos of the campaign.
