Marketing Associate, Programs & Partnerships

Position Description: Reporting to the Director, Programs & Partnerships, and Restorsea is seeking a highly skilled integrated marketing associate, with a strong background in building strategic relationships between consumer brands and entertainment & lifestyle industries. The right candidate will have experience translating brand objectives to identify partners, developing programs that maximize the use of partner assets across all consumer touch points, and a strong track record of flawless execution. This role requires someone who is a thinker AND a doer.

This position will work closely with an internal cross-functional team (Brand, Operations, PR, and Social) to support our brand programs and partnerships activation. Duties will cover a range that include (but are not limited to) managing partnership contract deliverables and activation calendar, serving as the on the ground lead for all experiential/event initiatives and acting as the day to day contact for our blogger and affiliate marketing programs.

Responsibilities: • Conduct research to assist the Director, Programs & Partnerships in identifying strategic partners across the entertainment, lifestyle and hospitality industries, and aide in the development of partner pitch presentations. •

Work with company agency partners to help develop brand programming around each strategic partnership that maximizes brand awareness and drives conversion through all brand touch points, including digital, social, PR and events. • Serve as the on the ground project manager for all brand experiential programs, including personal appearances by Restorsea CEO, sponsorship of marquee & local events, internal corporate functions and partner training events. • Manage the contract deliverables of our partnerships, including content calendars, payment schedules, creative tracking and approval, product orders and brand updates. • Maintain and manage individual budgets for assigned projects. • Helping with Ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or any other related field • 2 - 4 years of experience in an strategic partnerships/integrated marketing role; can include brand, agency or entertainment/lifestyle side of the business • Excellent verbal/written communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Skilled in creative problem solving with a strong sense of urgency • Confident understanding of social media and influencer marketing • Show initiative and demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team environment • Resourceful and a quick-learner • Experience with celebrity handholding preferred • Beauty/Skincare experience preferred • Agency management experience a plus

Customer Service Manager

Restorsea, a new prestige skincare company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager who can develop and implement Restorsea’s Customer Service architecture and metrics and work with Restorsea’s brand, creative services, and ecommerce and product development teams as they build Restorsea’s brand initiatives and product line.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer and works closely with VP, Ecommerce

Job Responsibilities: • Provide Customer service via phone, email and live chat • Develop and Implement Restorsea’s Customer Service architecture, pillars and metrics • Process customer orders, returns and requests for samples placed by phone, email, and live chat. • Identify opportunities to enhance customer ordering process • Answer all online ordering related questions • Build relationships with customers and enter their data into CRM system. • Contact vendors and shipping companies to arrange and troubleshoot fulfillment. • Complete weekly returns reports, forecasting and inventory review. • Collect customer data, analyze and provide key findings to Management • Create monthly recap that identifies what source is driving calls to 800# and online • Assist Restorsea’s retail partners in resolving escalated issues, e.g., product returns • Escalate any ‘risk-based’ issues claims to management and legal if necessary • Be the eyes and ears of Restorsea while communicating with the customer.

Community Manager

Restorsea, a new prestige skincare company, is seeking an experienced Community Manager who will work with Restorsea’s brand, ecommerce and product development teams to build customer awareness, trial and engagement. The successful candidate should understand ecommerce trends and opportunities and be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment at an innovative skincare company.

Reports to: Senior Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities: Works closely with the brand, ecommerce and product development teams to understand their requirements and desired use of social media marketing technologies as a means to engage Restorsea’s relationships with its consumers. • Acts as social media community manager for Restorsea’s products, across social channels e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, beauty and skincare blogs. Constantly on lookout for new and emerging sites, • Contributes to the implementation of any new functionality or enhancements to social networks and assures consistent brand presence and reputation, • Monitors social activity across all channels, including in a customer service capacity, • Engages with consumers through social media marketing channels to achieve positive interactions with and recommendations for our products, • Develops content for monthly social media calendars across different social channels, and coordinates approvals with Legal and Brand as necessary; Follows and enforces legal policies and best practices for promoting skincare through social media, • Assists in analyzing the performance of social marketing programs by reviewing campaign results, and gathers insights from those results to optimize interactions with consumers, • Exhibits a sense of urgency – monitors, prioritizes and responds in near real-time, • Thinks creatively and strategically in all social media promotions, • Follows the latest social marketing developments, monitors competitive landscape and consumer behaviors in order to understand current and future trends, • Works with external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative, successful and efficient social marketing project execution, • Collaborates with marketing team; assists with listening, research, coordination and analytics.

Brand Marketing Associate

Restorsea, a new prestige skincare company, is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Associate who will assist the Marketing team in driving sales and executing marketing initiatives and strategies by providing strategic , analytical and tactical support.

Position Description: Restorsea is seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, strong multi-tasker with excellent communication and organizational skills to join the Marketing team. The Brand Marketing Associate will assist the Marketing team in both a strategic and tactical capacity in order to deliver a full marketing plan and drive sales. The position will cover a wide range of marketing responsibilities including but not limited to: working closely with our social and digital media teams to build connections with consumers, aiding in the building and organization of marketing communications, and working closely with cross- functional internal partners in PR, Brand, Sales, Programs and Partnerships to drive awareness, trial and conversion.

Candidates must have exceptional project management skills, experience working with agency partners, and thrive in a fast paced and always-changing working environment. Candidates that have past experience working in Fashion, Beauty and/or Luxury goods, or have experience working in an Experiential Marketing, PR or Digital/Social field, are preferred.

Responsibilities: • Provides support in the development and maintenance of digital/social channels (working closely with Community Management and Customer Service team members) to ensure best-in-class brand communication. • Assist the Senior Brand Manager in developing marketing communications and documents (marketing strategy and marketing plan, various presentations, reports to the board of directors, customer and partner documents). • Act as Project Manager of the Restorsea blog, newsletters, and general marketing collateral ensuring content and copy is “on-brand” and meeting timelines; will have the support of our Copywriter and internal team. • Aide marketing team in building Analytics and Brand insights, evaluating ROI of programs, marketing tactics and business performance. • Helping with Ad-hoc projects as needed.
