Following a little pre-new year sneak peek, Prada has unveiled its full Spring 2014 print ad campaign. Shot by Steven Meisel, it stars a bevy of fresh faces, including not one, but two models of color: Cindy Bruna and Malaika Firth.

French-born Bruna, who was in the image that made its way online earlier this week, also made an appearance in 2013's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Firth, too, walked the VS runway, as well as an intimidating number of shows this past fashion month (including Prada), and also starred in Prada's Fall 2013 campaign. In fact, she was the first black model to do so in nearly 20 years, following Naomi Campbell's 1994 campaign.

While we're certainly glad Prada is making more of an effort when it comes to diversity, it's worth noting that this campaign stars 18 models -- and only two of them aren't white.

Race aside, it's a pretty cool campaign in that it showcases a strong, powerful collection with little outside distraction -- the clothes are the real story here. According to a release, an accompanying short film will debut on Prada.com. Given the strength Prada has shown in this medium, we very much look forward to seeing how these bold and colorful creations will come to life.
