The Hive Showroom, one of the leading multi-line apparel and accessories showrooms in the industry is looking for an Import Logistic Administrator with strong experience in overseas Import and redistribution to market (BtoB) possibly in the Fashion Apparel industry . Available to start immediately. Import Logistic Admin will need to know the -wholesale - business side including distribution and vendor/client knowledge.
Responsibilities: • Project sales order timeline and solicit Vendors for timely delivery • Review consolidations opportunities of incoming goods from different overseas vendors to economize on transport and clearance. Periodical communication with overseas vendors • Develop and maintain excel worksheet and do periodical analysis performance on good flow • Pre and Post shipping season follow up (initiate and check new client set up and credit check, check order entry). • Deep knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system • Support in back office activities. • Must have knowledge of accounting and billing, collecting prepayment and form of prepayment (LC, Credit Cards, PayPal etc.) • Must have great customer service and intrapersonal skills.
Requirements: • Hard-working and determined. • Proficiency in Outlook Word & Excel and have excellent organizational and communication skills. • Must have strong problem solving skills and be very resourceful • Must have a positive attitude at all times • Must be hard working, flexible, and willing to work to meet deadlines
