"I felt that I had gone to what is called the glass ceiling there."

Whenever anyone leaves Vogue, it's a pretty big deal. And it was an especially big deal for the magazine's longtime Editor-at-Large Andre Leon Talley, who left last year to take over the new Russian edition of Numéro.

Leave it to good ol' Oprah to track down Talley and get him to tell his story for a forthcoming episode of “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” The episode debuts Friday at 9 p.m. on OWN, but we have an exclusive clip from Talley's interview, in which he reveals why he agreed to work for "these Russians" (Spoiler alert: Money!!!). Plus, he talks about why he felt it was time to leave the fashion bible, his relationship with Anna Wintour and the lack of diversity in fashion.

We're pretty sure it's safe to say Talley is carrying this episode, which also features Jill Zarin, Rick Springfield and "America's Got Talent" winner Terry Fator. Watch a preview below and our exclusive clip above.
