Position: Key Holder/Sr. Sales Associate Reports to: General Manager

STORY is an innovative new concept store. STORY unveils a different theme every 4-8 weeks; with each theme change, the entire design of the store and merchandise changes. We are host to many events from sponsor parties, book readings to movie screenings. Every changing, STORY has the point of view of a magazine, changes like a gallery and sells things like as store.

Responsibilities Include:

Sales Associate • Delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor • Maintaining floor presentation standards • Maintaining & stocking collections, exhibitions • Conveying brand messages as outlined by trainings, founder & store manager • Working the events as a store ambassador • Specific responsibilities will vary with each Story and will be clearly outlined by manager during pre-launch training.

Key Holder • Opening & Closing duties, included, but not limited to the responsibilities of all security procedures, such as arming and disarming security systems, handling cash and assuring that the store is ready to be left until the next opening • Must agree to be available at any time, in the event of an emergency or the sudden absence of an opening or closing manager • Responsible for training and motivating other staff members- Praising the achievements of other staff and offering positive feedback • Serves as a liaison between staff and management

Special Projects • Coordinating, facilitating, managing RTV, receiving, storages processes as they relate to each turnover • Overseeing and maintaining inventory levels • Coordinating, facilitating events • Other duties as assigned by founder and manager
