Kate Middleton Borrowed Jewels from the Queen to Accessorize Her Latest Jenny Packham Gown

We've seen a lot of high-end, highly stylized looks over the past few days thanks to New York Fashion Week, but we'd say this puts them all to shame.

Jenny Packham presented her fall 2014 collection in New York this morning but, thanks to Kate Middleton, the designer is getting plenty of attention in London as well.

The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out on Tuesday evening to attend the National Portrait Gallery's Portrait Gala wearing a V-neck, blue silk gown by Packham -- who has emerged as one of the Duchess' go-to designers. Per usual, this was a re-wear: K-Mid first donned the gown back in October -- but this time, she paired it with a very fancy accessory: a diamond necklace that was lent to her by the Queen herself.
