Job Title: Assistant to CEO
Location: New York, NY *Candidates must be in New York City or Tri-State area
Job Description: - Act as gatekeeper to CEO - Manage a high-volume of scheduling for calendar of appointments (meetings, calls, appointments, etc.) - Maintain daily and weekly task lists - Answer telephones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently - Coordinate all travel arrangements. For both personal and professional matters - Expense reports - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once - Create presentations and memos with background information for CEO for all upcoming meetings, calls, etc. - Be able to handle all matters with absolute professionalism and discretion for CEO and represented talent - Able to be available at all times for both CEO and represented talent - Previous fashion experience and knowledge of fashion industry is a must
