The '90s are back -- and not just in the footwear department. Slinky, silky, bias-cut dresses are also having a revival, particularly on the red carpet.

We love Elle Fanning in this red Versace number, even though it's not necessarily the sort of thing we expect to see on a precocious 16-year-old. Leslie Mann sported a similar vibe in a champagne-colored The Row dress. It hits the right balance of sexy and elegant.

This week also brought some Emma Stone amazingness (never has anyone looked better in yellow), a perfect example of how to wear a crop top by Eva Chen and even more Nicolas Ghesquiere for Louis Vuitton.
