Since it was sold to development and licensing company Authentic Brands Group in late 2013, Juicy Couture has been busy planning for its worldwide expansion. The label announced Wednesday in WWD (and a rep for Juicy was able to confirm) that it will roll out a couple of new concept shops: One for intimates and loungewear and one for childrenswear -- with the future possibility of branching out into the footwear market, as well.

According to ABG, increased demand overseas in these categories and vacancies in the market for those types of stores are what prompted Juicy to begin thinking about expanding. ABG’s President and Creative Marketing Officer Nick Woodhouse told WWD that Juicy hopes to launch intimates and kids' in fall 2015, with the first stores located either in the Middle East, Europe or Asia. The brand plans on opening 50 to 60 concept stores in these territories within the next five years.

But Stateside fans will have to wait a while longer to shop in the new concept stores: Juicy plans to evaluate the performance of the shops overseas before heading into the U.S. territory. Until then, the new lines will be available for purchase online.
