Peaches Geldof has died at just 25 years old.

Geldof, the second daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates (who died in 2000 of a heroin overdose) and sister to Fifi Trixibelle, Pixie, and half-sister Tiger Lily Hutchence Geldof, was found by police responding to a call regarding "concern for the welfare of a woman," according to the BBC's report.

That woman was Geldof, who was later pronounced dead. No cause of death has been given.

"At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden," Kent Police said in a statement.

Geldof leaves behind two sons, Astala, one, and Phaedra, who will turn one on April 24. We'll update as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: Peaches's father Bob Geldof and husband Thomas Cohen have each released a statement, as seen at Grazia:

Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken. Bob, Jeanne, Fifi, Pixie and Tiger Geldof.

Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons...and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts everyday.
