Get on board with this, dudes. Pharrell's fragrance for Commes des Garçons may be called "Girl," but it's meant for both girls and boys. Some things to know in advance of its launch in September (so farrrrr): The scent is woody, the cartoonish bottle was designed by the artist Kaws and it didn't take much convincing on Rei Kawakubo's part to get Pharrell on board in the first place. {WWD}

Tory Burch's West Coast Regional Manager, Ron Thurston, has made the jump from womenswear to menswear, moving over to the e-commerce startup Bonobos as its new director of retail.
