The biggest concert event of the summer, nay decade (century?), kicked off on Wednesday night in Miami: The tabloids' favorite power couple Jay Z and Beyoncé embarked on their 21-date "On the Run" tour, and not only did the duo's setlist boast an impressive 42 (!) songs, Mr. and Mrs. Carter were predictably well-dressed throughout the show — Bey especially.

While we can't say we're surprised about this, some very impressive designers lent their talents to her tour wardrobe. The singer opened the show in an Atelier Versace black bodysuit with mesh detailing, and later wore a quintessentially Versace ensemble, complete with a golden Medusa head (see right). Alexander Wang also provided Beyoncé with custom pieces for the tour, including a bondage bodysuit and a leather and mesh cropped hooded bomber jacket.

But that's not all! Diesel's Creative Director Nicola Formichetti — who likely has plenty of tour wardrobe experience after working with Lady Gaga for all those years — created a custom denim jumpsuit with the word "Texas" bedazzled in all caps across the back. Elie Saab provided Beyoncé with a white, wedding-inspired jumpsuit for the show, and Tom Ford (he who inspired the Jay Z hit) as well as Givenchy reportedly make up part of her tour wardrobe.

We just might have to Stubhub a ticket when the world's real most talked about couple rolls through town, but until then, we'll just admire all of the fashion as it hits the Internet.
