This is shaping up to be the Year of Kendall Jenner, Kimye wedding be damned. First, she made her exclusive New York Fashion Week runway debut at Marc Jacobs. Then she was tapped by the likes of Givenchy and Chanel to walk in Paris, was given the stamp of approval by none other than star stylist and LOVE magazine editor Katie Grand, and now she's landed her first major ad campaign.
Jenner stars in the fall 2014 Givenchy campaign image -- sent to us by a tipster and currently cycling around social media sites like 3mmodel's Facebook page -- alongside the likes of brand staples Jamie Bouchert and Mariacarla Boscono, as well as fellow famous kid Peter Brant II. Shot by Mert & Marcus, the campaign is moody and dark, with Bouchert's lingerie setting a contrast amongst the furs and leathers. Jenner sits transfixed at the bottom left corner -- and really, wouldn't you be, too?
It makes sense of course: Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci is a friend of the family's, having designed sister Kim Kardashian's wedding dress. Still, it's a huge coup for the budding model, who is proving that of her many sisters, she may just have the most fashion cred of all.
We've reached out to Givenchy to confirm; we'll update when we hear back.
UPDATE: Givenchy has confirmed that Jenner will feature in the fall ad campaigns.
