Since taking the reins at Saint Laurent, Hedi Slimane has already moved the French brand's design studio to Los Angeles, and the addition of a global flagship stateside is next. The designer has revealed plans for a 10,000 sq. foot store on Rodeo Drive (with a private shopping floor just for celebrities and VIPs) due to open in Sept. {WSJ}

Target's next collaboration isn't with a noted fashion designer, but it sounds too adorable to be true: The retailer is partnering with Renée Ehrlich Kalfus, the costume designer for the upcoming Jay Z and Will Smith-produced version of “Annie,” on a limited-edition line of apparel and accessories for girls.
