Brand Managers represent Spring by supporting, encouraging and strategizing with our Brand partners, enabling brands to optimize their efforts and performance on Spring. Brand Managers provide platform-wide and personalized insights and offer solutions and advice, while providing a seamless and excellent experience for our brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Onboard and coach our brand partners on work processes, navigating the brand portal and new opportunities to enable seamless integration and productive partnership

•Support brands in creating, curating, scheduling and posting content

•Support brands in crafting emails and newsletters and maximizing social media

•Partner with Spring's Marketing team to create specific brand strategies and action plans to optimize targeting, discovery and conversion - as well as unique opportunities to strengthen Brand's performance on the platform

•Develop customized reports as needed. Review results, assess performance and deliver insights on areas of improvement

•Work with brands as the single point of contact who can address any issue with the appropriate Spring's department in a timely manner

•Vigilantly identify any opportunities for enhancing/improving both the Brand and the consumer experience

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years in B-to-B account management, fashion, public relations, marketing, customer operations or a related creative field

•Amazing relationship skills and a proven ability to network across functions.

•Deep understanding of social media.

•Positive and mature working style.

•Must be proficient in Excel.

•Strong organizational skills.

•Work well in a fast-paced team setting - "no job too small"

•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

•A passion or delivering great service and supporting Brands.

•Must be creative and have a high level of initiative.

•Strong interpersonal skills as well as a strong customer focus.

•Analyze, understand and share best practices, and champion creativity across the platform to increase sales and customer engagement

• Fashion experience, including an understanding of fashion calendars, Brand behaviors and Brand attributes is HUGE plus, but not required.
