Ah, to be beautiful and British.

As if it isn't exciting enough that Burberry is set to release its most buzzed-about fragrance to date this month — it's called "My Burberry" and its scent is inspired by "a London garden after the rain" — the brand brought two of the UK's most iconic models together for its ad campaign, released on Monday.

Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne, each the "It" Brit of her respective generation, star in the black and white images shot by Mario Testino. Although it was the first time the two women had ever been on camera together, you wouldn't be able to tell: They look like best pals in the photos, wearing matching Burberry trench coats, telling secrets and goofing off on set.

In a release, Christopher Bailey explained that the fragrance — which he created in collaboration with perfumer Francis Kurkdjian — is meant to be "the true embodiment of our brand, in scent, in design and in attitude." It even reflects the classic Burberry trench in its honey-like coloring. Burberry has been very open about its plans to build out its beauty category, and the launch of My Burberry will be an significant step in its growth. To coincide with the release of the fragrance, Burberry will roll out a capsule collection of My Burberry ready-to-wear and accessories, and a signature line of cosmetics for face, eyes, lips and nails, all inspired by the trench coat.
