Cosmo for Latinas is currently seeking a hard working, dedicated, hands-on, energetic fashion assistant to oversee the fashion closet and fashion interns. This position is freelance (with benefits available).

Cosmo for Latinas is currently seeking a hard working, dedicated, hands-on, energetic fashion assistant to oversee the fashion closet and fashion interns. This position is freelance (with benefits available), for approximately 5 weeks per issue (5 issues x 5 weeks throughout the year).

Responsibilities include: Heavy trafficking of clothing samples and accessories to showrooms and PR offices, prepping and assisting on photo shoots, attending fashion market appointments and events, organizing and maintaining the fashion closet, working closely with the fashion director, fashion editor and market editor on various projects, overseeing and delegating duties to fashion interns.

Qualifications: At least 1 year of editorial fashion experience (internships included), a strong interest and level of taste in fashion, self-motivation and the ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines, incredible attention to detail, basic knowledge of MAC OS, photoshop and social media experience is a plus. Must be based in the NYC-area full-time.
