Luxury activewear brand is looking for an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager. This person will manage a combination of showroom sales, customer support, office finances, product information and provide assistance to CEO. Candidates must be extremely organized, entrepreneurial, motivated, interested in fashion with an understanding of the luxury sports market. This person will be an expert multi-tasker and will have a willingness to work in a small, intimate environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Service
  • Managing Company Bills
  • Maintaining Orders on QuickBooks and with warehouse
  • Track and manage all shipments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Knowledge in QuickBooks a plus.
  • Specific or relevant industry experience required.
