Williamson PR is a Fashion and Lifestyle PR and marketing agency is looking for a PR Coordinator to join its team. The position will report directly to the Sr. Account Executives and assist in the day to day activities in managing a variety of fashion clients. The ideal candidate MUST have a MINIMUM of 1-2 years of fashion PR experience and a strong understanding of the fashion industry overall. We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, dynamic, organized, and has excellent writing skills. This person will be someone who can work with a team to achieve strong media results for the company's clients.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage sample trafficking 
  • Work with managers to develop strategy/PR program for clients; implement strategy 
  • Secure showroom appointments with top stylists and editors 
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with appropriate target media 
  • Pitch and secure regional and online media placements for clients 
  • Traffic seasonal look books and press releases to target media 
  • Coordinate and execute Fashion Week events and seasonal press previews 
  • Write press releases/pitches 
  • Create pitch and assist in securing editor placements
  • Manage showroom interns
