This position will primarily be to assist the sales team in daily responsibilities, as well as manage the internal Vigoss website and social media platforms. This person must be able to multi-task, be very organized, and a fast learner.
- Managing Vigoss website- online orders, shipping & returns, managing inventory
- Creating and sending out email blasts
- Creating content and posting to social media platforms
- Analyze social media outlets to maximize viewers and gain followers
- Maintain and organize showroom
- Assist Sales team with daily responsibilities such as, inventory reports and selling reports
- Trade show prep and attendance of trade shows
- Sample organization (shipping and receiving samples)
- Market preparation and recaps
- Maintain and grow Specialty Stores on the North East Coast
Must be proficient in Photoshop, Excel, Word, Retail Math
Travel may be necessary
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred
